UAB “Arlanga Wood” is a manufacturer of high-quality wooden windows and doors. We are delighted to have over 25 years of experience in the window and door systems industry.

Through our extensive experience, we have noticed that when customers seek the most suitable solution for their home interior, price often takes a back seat. Quality and comfort take precedence. The wooden windows and doors we produce have long been a symbol of stylish luxury. Wood is a natural, eco-friendly material known for its excellent thermal insulation, ensuring a constant level of humidity in the room, providing warmth, and aesthetic pleasure. Since 1997, we have been manufacturing various sizes and shapes of European (inward-opening) and Scandinavian (outward-opening) type windows and doors. Our advanced wooden window manufacturing technology not only helps to reveal all these good qualities but also allows us to create a variety of shapes, colors, and non-standard technical solutions from wood, to develop unique, non-standard designs that meet different customer needs. Using modern manufacturing methods and high technologies, we can undertake unique, custom projects.

Our team works with clients throughout whole Europe, providing high-quality wooden windows and doors for both residential homes and commercial projects. We find the most suitable solutions for those looking for windows for a countryside house, saunas, or garden cottages, as well as those considering modern windows for their cherished terrace. We particularly offer wooden windows that can be installed in passive houses (without an active heat source). Even large-sized windows of this type ensure high energy efficiency and impress with their thermal resistance indicators.

Our range of products meets European window and door characteristics and safety standards. We offer only certified products – bearing the CE, DVV (Danish Window Verification), and NDVK (Norwegian Door and Window Control) marks. Since June 2010, UAB „Arlanga Wood” has been a member of the Danish Window Manufacturers Association. We export the majority of our products to Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Latvia, Iceland, and other countries. Our products are of exceptionally high quality, which is why they are in high demand in foreign countries.

THE HISTORY OF ARLANGA WOOD

  • 1995

    Our journey began under the name UAB "Plasmeta". That year, we acquired a PVC window production line from the German company "Rotox", thus laying the foundation for our long-term success.

  • 1998

    We acquired 2 more production lines and started manufacturing aluminum structures and wooden windows. In the early years of operation, we distributed our products in the local market.

  • 1999

    Our acquaintance with Danish window distributors led us to understand that it was time to grow and expand. We chose the direction of manufacturing Scandinavian-style windows, and after receiving positive feedback on our prototype products, we successfully launched our first projects.

  • 2002

    A redistribution of shareholders occurred, and the company "Plasmeta" was renamed "Arlanga Wood". We focused solely on the production of wooden windows and made the decision to concentrate exclusively on exports. In the same year, we expanded our client base from Denmark, Norway, to include customers from the United Kingdom and the Faroe Islands. Later that year, in the new factory in Gargždai, we began producing plastic windows.

  • 2010

    UAB "Arlanga Wood" became a member of the Danish Association of windows manufacturers.

  • 2011

    The manufacturing companies' asset management firm "Arlanga" was founded, and "Arlanga Wood" as the 1999-established plastic window manufacturer UAB "Arlanga PVC" became part of it.

  • 2017

    We took a significant step forward by diversifying our product range through investment in the latest equipment for manufacturing aluminum windows, doors, and facades.

  • 2020

    UAB "Arlanga“ established connections with new partners in Iceland.

  • 2024

    "Arlanga Wood" embarked on a new chapter by separating from the "Arlanga" group of companies. Jānis Lasmanis takes the CEO chair of the company. This event marked the beginning of a symbiotic partnership with "Arbo Windows", aimed at strengthening our position in the wooden products market.
